his 14kt. gold design has one large leaf and one smaller leaf that each have great detail.
This unique piece contains eleven high quality bright clean diamonds with a .33ct. total weight.
There are twenty seven 4mm. freshwater pearls on the grape cluster that are hand mounted to a 14kt. gold grape stem.
The necklace comes with a 14kt. gold 18" long strong and flexible wheat style chain.

Actual size is 1 3/4" tall by 1 1/4" wide.

This piece is also available with white freshwater pearls.
