Three Leaf Diamond Omega Necklace.

This 14kt. gold design has one large leaf and two smaller leaves sweeping along a vine that wraps around a 6mm. 16" Italian Omega Chain.

This unique piece contains seventeen high quality bright clean diamonds with a .45ct. total weight.

There are twenty seven 4mm. freshwater pearls on the grape cluster that are hand mounted to a 14kt. gold grape stem.

This design is also available with white freshwater pearls (Not Shown)
